Refund policy

All items that are not satisfactory can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

An order can be cancelled anytime before delivery arranged. Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return an item, which must be in 'as new' condition and unused. 

Items that are defective eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Please keep all packaging until you have tested and confirmed that the products are working. If an item becomes faulty after 30 days, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We're here to assist and ensure a smooth process, if needed.

Please be advised that items returned to us without a prior request for an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted. In such cases, we cannot assume any responsibility for the items. To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly encourage customers to obtain an RMA Number before sending any merchandise back to us
To be eligible for a return, your items required in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, and unit is not faulty. You will need to send us. By sending items back to us you agree to our terms and conditions. Returns are your responsibility. All manuals, cables, packaging, etc. are to be included with every return. If the parts are short, deductions will be based on the missing part.

Returning Products

If you need to return a product, please start by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do this by filling out our return online form. Please make sure to return the products in their original packaging, keeping them in a condition that's suitable for resale. Remember to initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please also note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please provide the following details:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Email
  • Product details for the return
  • Reason for the return with an attach photographic evidence.

By returning items to us, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. Returns remain your responsibility. Ensure all manuals, cables, and packaging are included with every return. Deductions may be made for missing parts.

If you're unable to send the item back, we can offer discounted rates. DPD/DHL can collect from your location at £20 for parcels up to 15kg & 1m in length. For items exceeding 1m, please contact our customer services.

For pre-paid return labels, request Customer Services to purchase and mail it to you. The label's cost will be deducted from your refund. If using your own courier, opt for a reputable provider with recorded delivery. We aren't liable for items damaged during transit to us. Consider insuring high-value items.

For faulty or misdescribed goods, reach out to Customer Services for a pre-paid returns label. If using the pre-paid returns service isn't feasible, you can bear the return costs. Once verified as faulty, we'll process the return.

Ensure returned products are well-packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. We cannot accept returns where serial numbers or other identifiers have been removed, as this prevents us from verifying the purchase source.

Refund Adjustments

We may adjust your refund amount if there's a reduction in product value due to mishandling. For instance, opened packaging might prevent us from reselling the product at its original price.

If software included with the returned product was claimed before returning, your refund might be reduced to account for the benefit received.

Customisable/Bespoke Products

Inspection of Products
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the purchased product is damaged/faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours from the delivery receipt. Outside of this window, we may not be able to offer any further replacements.
Please retain your packaging until products are installed and working.

No Trial Period
It's essential to understand that the Consumer Rights Act does not grant a trial period for usage.

Returns and Faulty Products
We understand the importance of smooth and hassle-free transactions. Below, you'll find our guidelines regarding returns and faulty products. Remember, we always aim to understand and adapt to individual situations as much as possible.

Dealing with Faulty Products:
It's rare but possible for a product to have a fault straight out of the box or develop one within the first 30 days of delivery. In these cases, we're committed to either replacing the product or refunding its cost, including the delivery charges. And you won't be charged for collection or Re-delivery.

Beyond 30 Days: If a fault appears after the initial 30 days, the product will then be covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy and procedures. But remember, you're never alone in this process. We're here to guide and assist you every step of the way.

Installation of goods
Before installation, inspect your goods thoroughly at ground level. Ensure that you examine the device from all angles - front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. If you identify any damage, please notify us within two working days of receiving the product.

  • Testing: Prior to installation, connect the device to a power source on ground level and ensure it operates correctly.
    Installation: If the device is in proper working condition, you may proceed with the installation. Please be informed that the installation process and its outcomes are solely your responsibility.
  • Third-Party Involvement: Front Market is not liable for any damages or issues arising from third-party companies during or post installation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as graphic design, licenses.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the original sealed and same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns for B2C
For our valued business customers and for purchases exceeding a 14-day period, our return policy has specific guidelines. While we always strive to accommodate our customers, please understand that due to the diminished resale value of certain products, we might be unable to grant a full refund. In cases where a partial refund is approved, the maximum deduction will not exceed 30% of the original purchase price. Additionally, all such refunds will incur a documentation/processing fee of £10.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
